Marni Freeman is an PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Psychologist (AHPRA Reg. PSY0002500265), and Certified Trainer and Assessor. Marni is experienced in providing tailored Therapeutic Counselling support to people through their challenges and personal growth journeys, along with expert Psychological Assessment. For over a decade she has worked across the private practice, public health, out-of-home care, and family law sectors with parents, families, and children. Marni is experienced across all clinical counselling models, but specialises in working with;

Psychological Assessment in children
While counselling work in child-caregiver relationships is her first love, Marni also loves her work providing Psychology Assessment for children. Among her professional heroes are; Dr Allan Schore, Dr Bruce Perry, Dr Adah Sachs, and Dr Dan Hughes. She and her husband have previously been both specialist residential, and long-term general foster carers, and they are currently enjoying the thrill of home-schooling their youngest child. They love Cairns, the place and the people, and consider themselves blessed to call paradise ‘home.’
