We specialise in providing counselling and therapy for adults, teenagers, and children around Anxiety, Depression, Separation Anxiety, Depression, Divorce and Separation, Blended Families, Attachment Difficulties/Difficulty Bonding, Trauma, Neurodiversity, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Social Anxiety,
We also offer training services for new and seasoned professionals, and specialist consultation for agencies and organisations who provide services to children and families.

Personalised options
Our counselling services can be delivered in-person at our Brinsmead location, or via online telehealth appointments in the comfort of your own home.
Where there is a need for Counsellors to deliver services on site at schools, we can also provide this in consultation with school staff.
In keeping with NDIS principles, we can also deliver counselling services at our clients’ preferred venues, where these are determined to be safe and appropriate.
